Pros

Everything is laid out in front of you, you just have to work hard and communicate well. Free lunches! I love not having to combat lunch hour traffic. Open pod layout - perfect for in-the-moment collaboration and feedback. Open door policy - I feel very comfortable walking into director's offices and holding business conversations as well as a personal ones. I'm not just a number - I feel I am being invested in and am growing as a professional. I have been able to make things happen and set projects in place, even though I am still very new. The CEO is very involved and cares deeply about our well-being. I love getting the chance to chat with him!

Cons

It is a lot of work, but I honestly don't realize that I spend so much time here at the office because it doesn't feel like "work." The people who work here and the alliantgroup mission makes time fly and gives me great purpose. If you're not great at accepting and giving honest feedback, this may not be the environment for you. I was an athlete all my life and I love this kind of open communication, it really just enforces everyone to use their voice and to help us all continue to become better. There is always room for growth.
