High expectations around client experience can lead to high work load periods. It’s always been worth it in the the end but it’s definitely not a 9-5.

Micromanagement, no culture, long hours even when workload is very low (trapped in the office), no remote work under any circumstances, low PTO, poor outlook in some departments
