Pros

Good activities like movie day, holiday party, and community volunteering. You will look like a genius because most people in IT lack necessary skill sets. It’s easy to get promoted within the company because of the lack of talent pool. You can be hired with a big salary and may not have to do any work if you have little SAP knowledge.

Cons

Many of the knowledgeable people have left in 2015 because of the mismanagement so 2016 looks to be a bleak year. There’s no process is in place in development so you don’t know what you will be working on the next day. Compensation is based on who you know rather than values you provide to the company or your skill sets. There’s no work life balance and they will take advantage of you for working hard. Any Jr. level business analyst can become developer if they know the right people. I've seen people got promoted to developer because of favoritism even when they don't know how to write a simple Hello World program. Also, you can be an architect if you know the right people and don't even have to know any programming. This company is good for recent grad but not for anyone who wants to work with good developers and want to do challenging work.

Pros

There is nothing good to say about working here considering if you work under the software sales manager.

Cons

In my experience, the software manager tends to schedule a high volume of internal meetings, many of which do not contribute directly to sales initiatives or revenue‑driving activities. This often results in less time available for customer-facing work and core responsibilities. Additionally, the manager appears to have limited insight into sales processes, which can at times create misalignment between departments. There have also been moments where communication felt dismissive or minimizing, making collaboration more challenging than necessary. Overall, these factors have impacted team productivity and morale, and addressing them could significantly improve cross‑functional effectiveness.
