Pros

There is a very positive culture. The other reviewers are not lying about that. But they are exaggerating it. (see comments below) The people who work there are very friendly and diverse, which is a very rare find in the South. Promotes from within on a regular basis.

Cons

Statements and Recovery Departments: The "positive" culture that other reviews on here talk about is greatly exaggerated. Maybe other departments get to experience it more, but definitely not with the grunt workers of recovery and statements. There is zero work-family balance, at least under the current management. While they offer you decent bonuses when you met your goals, the Audit Advisers do everything in their power to make sure THEY get the bonus, underlings be damned. Without the bonuses, the compensation is not much. Health insurance is almost as much (or more!) than you can get it through the Marketplace.

Pros

There is nothing good to say about working here considering if you work under the software sales manager.

Cons

In my experience, the software manager tends to schedule a high volume of internal meetings, many of which do not contribute directly to sales initiatives or revenue‑driving activities. This often results in less time available for customer-facing work and core responsibilities. Additionally, the manager appears to have limited insight into sales processes, which can at times create misalignment between departments. There have also been moments where communication felt dismissive or minimizing, making collaboration more challenging than necessary. Overall, these factors have impacted team productivity and morale, and addressing them could significantly improve cross‑functional effectiveness.
