I’ve been with Arrivia for over six years because I’m happy and content here. The positive vibe and wonderful culture make it a place where I truly enjoy working. I have personally experienced growth more than once during my time here, thanks to management’s support for learning and development. The work environment is healthy and uplifting, with strong recognition for employee efforts. Regular town halls with senior leaders keep us connected and informed about company goals. Our Mumbai office is amazing, spacious with a large cafeteria, gym, and a recreation zone. It offers everything an employee might need for comfort and balance at work.

Some processes could be made simpler to improve efficiency. Also, there is room for better coordination between departments.
