Base salary is only $10/hour. Lunch breaks are short preventing you from leaving or at least being able relax, hours are very strict, working on holidays without additional pay like time and a half, internal communication between departments doesn't exist. The experience was as if I graduated college years ago only to return to 1st grade years later and start over. Each person came in stating how they started in a sales role like us but quickly moved on. Moved on to positions that you wouldn't expect pay all that great so what does that tell you about the potential commissions that are realistically made?? If it's sooo great why would they all have left for other jobs within a matter of months? Didn't make sense. Complete micromanagement and no opportunity to work a schedule conducive to your life, it's all about them. The recruiter tells you all of the good things to heard people in like cattle but the reality hits when you start and really hear what it's all about. Read between the lines people. If you live at home and/or have 4 roommates just starting out in your career or totally unable to get hired anywhere else, give it a try, for the rest of you, keep on looking, it's not worth it.
