The place employs a lot of felons, drug dealers, hookers and criminals. I swear they don't do background checks. Drug deals in the parking lot, people hooking up in cars and a lot of drinking on the job. Management is aware and does nothing and the whole mantra of the place has to do with making sure that Corporate doesn't find out. The GVR product and Sears products prey on people. The script is one big lie and as a whole most of what we are told to tell people is a lie. The commission is a joke in how it is set up and if you get a customer locked in with a payment plan and they stop paying even 12 months down the road all your commission is taken back.
The company is very big on cutting corners as in the least amount of money they have to pay they will and the least amount that they have to do for their employees the better. Keep in mind though I worked in the Orlando office which from what I have been told is a night and day difference from offices in Arizona. Retention is very low. The "warm" leads you are calling are pretty cold. Not a single person knows who you are when calling and those that actually make really good money do it by cherry picking leads. They run searches through the system for people who bought once and then call back and offer them more for the same price or the same stuff for less which is a fire able offense to do it that way but it's always over looked.
