No loyalty. I worked there for 5 years, doing outbound sales, inbound sales, then eventually QA. I loved doing QA and I felt like I gave my heart and soul to that company. Then, out of the blue, they called me and said my dept was being downsized and I was chosen to be let go. Never explained why I was chosen, considering I was one of the senior agents. Combine that with the confirmed knowledge that certain sales managers get drunk at work, and have been seen doing drugs at corporate events. I've since gotten a job that pays 3 times what I was being paid there. Losing my job at ICE was one of the best things to happen to me.
