      Pros

      Only my first two paychecks had problems. All the others after that were ok.

      Cons

      All software engineering decisions go through one architect who has an amateur level at best ability to code. The entire process is a joke. There is a CIO who is either intentionally ignoring how bad he is for the company or does not pay attention to anything at all. They fire people who disagree with him and make terrible choices. Recruiters are hesitant to work with this company now. Its developing a reputation that is terrible.
