Pros
They have a relaxed dress code, and you might get to work from home. Also the rank and file employees are generally pretty nice. Only the senior management are crooks.
Cons
They will come up with any and all excuses not to pay what you are owed. They cut commissions lower and lower every year, so people working their 10 yrs are making less now than when they first started. So will you, and that's the opposite of how it's supposed to go. They don't offer sick time. You call in sick, you earn a point. That point stays with you for six months. The more points you have the more they dock your pay. I was the highest earner on my team the last week ($6000 in profit I brought in for ICE) and because I had the audacity to take a higher-paying job I am currently at they cut my commission to half of what it would be if I had stayed. How can they get away with this you ask? Amongst the moutain of normal HR paperwork a new hire signs is hidden one that says your final commission check can be whatever they want it to be. My training class was 22 people. Everyone single one of us were gone within 6 months on the floor. They one's who stay, while very nice, do so because they lack the education or experience to do better.
