Commission program flawed and crafted to pay more people less, and very few more. Customer service calls negatively impact your stats, and you get a bunch of them.
Appears to be a massive divide between upper level management and the floor, which does not promote growth and employee engagement.
Operates on a rustic sales process geared to treat clients like cattle who can be manipulated and pushed into a sale.
Constantly use long term employees who have an enormous sales pipeline as a representation of their commission payout.
Juvenile mentality on the floor- at best.
