No 401K match, getting PTO approved is difficult at best, Top 5 or so people in each department make great money, everyone else makes below average compared to other call centers in AZ. Base pay is literally minimum wage, takes 3 years to get your first raise(which will only be $1.00/hr). Ultimately, the company really doesn't care about the people that work there, and that shows in your day to day interactions. The sales metrics that use are extremely cutthroat, to the point that not only will other departments sabotage your sales if it means getting their own, but people in your own department will as well. Company doesn't care because ultimately it all goes to them. It's not the worst call center, but the rest of the industry has made great strides while ICE has been content to just let their executives get exceedingly rich, while typical employees putter along. Also, getting promoted into management is almost impossible unless you're buddies with someone in the management clique. Company has a cafe on site in the Scottsdale branch, but overcharges for the food there. Internal company software is archaic at best.
