Owner is very unprofessional, company is disorganized - Executive Assistant arrivia Employee Review

Employees are overworked and underpaid. Owner is unprofessional woman who yells, screams and demeans people in front of staff. Even with positive and exceptional work performance reviews employees wont get promoted or raises even after they are agreed to. Shady and unethical. Due to poor business practices they lost half their business and had to let go 50% of the staff.
