Pros
There is a lot of money to be made in sales at this company and most of their positions are less than 40 hours a week. They offer a ton of "extra's" including, dry cleaning, on-site- cafe, massage and nails girls on-site, and a concierge desk that you are able to utilize and payroll deduct. Management and supervisors are amazing and suportive with monthly coachings to help you.
Cons
I feel like they only teach you what you absolutley need to know- everything else you learn on the floor. I like to have a more extensive background on what I am selling, so that was hard for me. Also- when I was originally hired- they give you unrealistic numbers for your typical employee- not everyone on the floor is taking home 6 figures, but some definitly are. They make it seem like it's not hard to do.
