Pros
They definitely have a lot of perks. I've worked here for over 3 years, and I've seen a lot of pups and downs. They also work with several great charities. The pay is decent, if you don't have a problem lying to people. If you think salespeople should be honest this isn't the place for you.
Cons
I've seen a lot of shady things happen. Employees get protected if they make money or if they are friends with management. I've seen employees steal from the company and get away with it. Sexual harassment is a huge problem here, and management protects the employees doing the harassing because they are "top producers". Managers and supervisors encourage employees to lie to the members. There's even been instances of employees threatening the lives and safety of other employees, and again they get away with it because they are "top producers". The company works on an attendance point system where once you've acquired 7 points, you're terminated. Apparently, that only applies to the average employee. I know some "top producers" who have over 20 points accumulated. This company won't hesitate to fire you if you're one sale below goal, but if you lie, steal, threaten, harrass, you're ok (just make sure you bring in the money).
