Pros
There appears to be tremendous opportunity to succeed at this company. On the surface, new ideas are welcomed and the Executive team listens to feedback and appears to be open to alternatives.
Cons
There is a reorganization several times a year and it usually means that people are getting laid off. In the last year we hired a dozen or more VPs at high salaries at the expense of many great employees. And it seemed like the ones who were let go were removed due to the petty politics of some at the Exec level.
