Pros
if you can sell they will work with you . I went in with 0 knowledge in the field of travel and found my self in the highest paying department making a living of about 65k - 76k a year. Great people in my department amazing atmosphere laid back is an understatement it doesn't feel like work sometimes. coaching one to times a month. a kind of 3 strike rule for not hitting quota and then they will consider you in another department ( not fired yet ). Great travel benefits .
Cons
Stress only because you are commission based. its a bit of a sport every day have to be mentally ready until it becomes clock work for you . Being a top earning agent is more desirable than going into management you can't make money until you become a manager or director which you have to join the" ol boys club" fit in so to say. Job security is flaky if your are under achieving i could see that being worrisome.paying less as of late instead of more. When i started there was a lot more opportunity to make money success breeds greed.
