Pros

The owners really are amazing. Yes, at times their passion can be a little overwhelming but if you built a company from the ground up and 18 years later it was still in business and growing wouldn't you? Having offices world wide and being the second largest travel agency in the world isn't for the faint of heart. One of the owners is brilliant and the other is a STRONG woman. They are always looking at ways to improve and grow. They have taken the employees suggestion and are implementing them through the company. They do rally's, employee engagement and employee recognition monthly. Heck, they have one lady and all she does with a team of employees, sup, management and VP's that come up with ideas to raise money for charities, provide food for the weekend, supply endless candy and heathy snacks, have dinners for top producers, family activities such as going to the water park complimentary and so on. Work hard, be on time, and be a team player you WILL grow with the company.

Cons

Communication with upper managment can be trying at times. It's not good for a supervisor to find out changes that will effect their team the same time the agents do.
