Pros
There is opportunity to make great money but you have to be really good selling and extend high pressure sales and goals. There is great energy around the floor but the dress code is ridiculous for girls.
Cons
you are going to work around 10 hrs. a day in order to make good money and its a lot of stress specially when you are close to the cycle to get paid, it seems that you are always working and can barely disconnect from work. They keep lower commissions therefore it creates more stress
