I should’ve believed the reviews before accepting this job. By the second interview I had a bad feeling, very negative, competitive, condescending energy from interviewing staff. When I officially started it was so much worse. Our trainer was obviously racist, I was not victim to this but many on my team were, it was transparent. I’ve never worked in such a negative environment. Staff were fired at midnight after working a full shift for no apparent reason, five staff members were fired within two days with no explanation to the remaining staff, we turned up to work and our colleagues were missing. Our trainer was egocentric and patronising and the whole training structure was incredibly toxic. Every single member of my team shared my sentiments, we were all searching for other jobs every day we worked there. We weren’t told our commission structure until a month into the job. We were told at interview that we’d easily make triple our base salary on commission but this was simply not possible. The pay was terrible for the amount of stress involved. The training was poor, we were pushed onto phones three weeks into training with very little knowledge of the product. The whole company feels like a scam and customers feel that. Stay away, I cannot emphasise enough how terrible this place is to work.
