Pros
Opportunities are there to branc out of your current role doesn't suit you. The commission pay is decent. There are decent amenities in the office. If you're lucky, there are very few managers/supervisors that truly go above and beyond to support their employees and build a great work culture.
Cons
There's no stability. When you're hired they make it seem like sunshine and rainbows and reality only bites once you start working. If you're unlucky majority of the managers/supervisors that they promote are incompetent. Their promotions make no sense and love to micro manage. Some commission plans also make no sense. Their tailored in such a way that you are bound not earn. I'd say if you're in your late 30s or 40s think twice before joining.
