Pros
If you're in a smaller store you can get upwards of 20 hours a week, store manager and assistant are great, gratis is always nice
Cons
Since being bought by Shishedo, everything upper management (district manager & up) seems discombobulated. Not a lot of chance for upward movement, as people stay in their positions for years.
