Pros
Great quality natural products. Bare Mineral used to have a great vision. They have amazing skincare for problematic skin as well.
Cons
Too much turn at corporate. Not progressive when it comes to newness. In too many stores, that's why stores can't hit their comp targets. Shiseido took over and it doesn't match Bare Mineral's vision. Too many high level people aka District Managers that don't know what they are doing
