Great products, awesome gratis and can be fun. Some coworkers are wonderful and the training is fun and exciting. The skincare and make up is high quality.
Cons
Management makes it sound like a wonderful, fun job and it seems like it on the surface. But there is no fairness by management, especially upper management. The company is in turmoil and there is no clear vision and a revolving door on the store level and upper corporate management levels. They violate your labor rights, asking you to work full time but never instating you as a full time employee (only store managers and assistant managers are full time). Calling HR to report these issues just gets you retaliated against. They use and abuse you as they see fit and if you stick to your guns they do everything they can to make you miserable, fabricate write ups and cut your hours to force you out.
