Bare minerals boutiques are no longer a fun environment to be a part of. Traffic in the boutiques is rapidly declining due to online shopping. Corporate is coming down way to hard on every staff member for things that are sometimes out of our control which is resulting in loss of staff and employees are starting to care less. Work life balance is terrible. District managers are overwhelmingly involved in every aspect of the store.
