Pros
Most members in team were helpful. Good discounts and freebies. Boss generally approachable and flexible. One hour lunch break for office staff.
Cons
Days were repetitive and workflow varied from nothing to busy, no in between. Within the bigger functional group, a lot of hostile, unreliable team members. Worked with corporate associates, who were unreliable and generally unpleasant to work with. Pay is not great. I had an issue with receiving medical benefits, which caused headache and undue financial hardship. Favoritism of some team members over others. Management would sometimes accept ideas and suggestions. You are forced to attend a really asinine monthly meeting, which interferes with work. The job as described to me turned out to be different than what I envisioned.
