Stores are being closed with no warning, hours being cut the budgets for the boutiques are ridiculous. It is almost like a labor camp. You are expected to work the boutique most day with 2 people, when you don’t hit your numbers you are put down and made to feel horrible! Yet they take the entire wholesale team to Iceland for a meeting one of the most expensive places to vacation. And this of course is right after the fire the education team.
