Great product, horrible company - Beauty Ambassador bareMinerals Employee Review

Very poor management, no training in product knowledge or skills, no contact with upper management, no support system. Basically a "figure it out on your own" type job. Never received promised gratis, therefore you had to buy and wear your own products to work. The store was never stocked and constantly had to turn away customers. The company is going through a reorganization and my job has become eliminated; nobody from the company ever spoke to me about the changes, found out through the grapevine. Customers continually informed me of the horrible service they received at many other boutiques.
