      -Free makeup samples regularly -Fun job helping customers and making them feel beautiful everyday -Lots of training and information about products -Creates an addiction to BE products

      -Poor young management -No commission -Expects a lot of employees, even when they are part time/in school and is not willing to negotiate around specific requirements
