They do not care about their employees and the turnover is extremely high. Many people are leaving the company. Also, bareMinerals is not one of the top cosmetic companies; so some stores are closing and pay is really little compared to other cosmetic companies. Their policies are horrible, you can get penalties at work for being 2mins late. if they don't like you the easiest way to get rid of you is your timecard because in their policy they can terminate you. Management favors employees who are kiss a$$e$, the staff is very gossiping and catty. The atmosphere is horrible. If you want to work here to further your makeup skills bareMinerals is not going to help. They don't teach you makeup, you will learn the basics but you will learn about bareMinerals products. You will get really bored with Minerals. Trust me!!!
