There were many cons as far as no upward mobility the micromanaging of managers and then laying off many managers including all district managers and have been closing stores for the last couple years the company is not doing well and Covid was the icing on the cake where they continue to close doors. It is completely on organized very political and very backstabbing and upper management they don’t care they’re out for themselves
