On your feet all day. All retailers should consider allowing employees on the sales floor to occasionally sit. Retail is a new atmosphere than it once was, it would be okay to sit on a tall stool behind the counter once in awhile when doing paperwork or making phone calls...does anyone agree with me?! Shoppers don't like a uptight, stuffy atmoshere. They want to be in a relaxed atmoshere. Was not trained for the 1st 6 mths that I was employed by BE! Even though I asked almost everyday! This in unusual. I had an AWFUL District Sales Manager.
