Pros
The company really cares about their staff. Excellent training team. Great workplace environment and very supportive. Commission plus product perks. All round the best company I have ever worked - their core values shine through and they treat staff really well.
Cons
Flexible basis over 7 days - so you may be required to work weekends, however this is organised well in advance.
