Pros
Bare minerals was an amazing company to work for! I loved my management team in Lafayette, and I was very sad when I had to leave. What the company stands for is amazing, and the product is awesome.
Cons
There were not many downsides. One would be that there weren't enough hours. The pay was great, but an average of 12 hours a week does not allow the pay to add up much.
