      Pros

      They give a good discount. Its fun to work with all the beautiful make up. The employees have so much potential.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible.How can people live on the pay and work so hard for them with it??? Really not motivating!!!! They cut the bonus they just are not thinking of the little people that make it all happen for all those guys getting paid high in corporate.
