Pushed into making sales with little or no compensation! Can get written up for NOT making sales goals, even though you're not paid for it! Retail atmosphere! Hours are TERRIBLE Management was incompetant and un-intelligent when it came to product knowledge and how to do make up jobs well! Hired from outside, so once again, terrible customer service & product knowledge. While working there, someone was written up for something that was "word of mouth!" Incident was not effectively investigated. We were not informed of changes or updates by management...poor communication (apparently this is almost EVERYWHERE.....incompetent H.R.)
