Great pay & discount. Fun environment, great relationships with coworkers. Regular gratis, amazing skin care, and foundations. Your skin will look amazing! Love the company's way of promoting the girlfriend experience, and making lasting connection with the people you meet.
Cons
Basically I did the work of BM and ABM. And because I did SO much whenever something went wrong it all came down on me. They expected me to do full time work in only a part time position. I would work through my breaks, come in for others, sometime work for 10 days straight until a day off. Never a thank you or felt appreciated. Unfair PTO for a management position. And no benefits
