Pros
Working as a mobile merchandiser is great for a second part time job or for someone who maybe can't commit to full time hours. Your schedule is very flexible, you can pretty much make your own schedule with exception to the Christmas season. You work independently, so no one micro-managing you or your work. Pay is decent for what you are doing, more than minimum wage. You get to "play" with cute jewelry.
Cons
Changes can come at the last minute and you are expected to be flexible in that way. Sometimes communication from upper management is lacking. Depending on the number of partner stores in your area, there isn't any room for extra hours or advancement. Your job is to organize and clean up messy jewelry fixtures, if the idea of constantly cleaning up after lazy and messy customers is aggravating to you, do not apply.
