Pros

Flexible schedule, working at different locations, meeting new people

Cons

In order to keep good merchandisers, you really need to look into paying more per hour. The pay:workload ratio is very skewed. The company expects the employees to work very hard and sometimes grueling and physically exhausting hours for very little pay. They are also sometimes required to do the work of 2 people. Unfortunately good people leave for better paying jobs.

Pros

Great job for me I am a Full-time stay at home mom. It's great to have a part-time job so that I can still participate in the work force.

Cons

For some people in rural areas. The stores are far apart and there can be alot of driving.
