Mobile merchandiser - Mobile Merchandiser beeline Group Employee Review

PAY, no paid time off,...we work HARD all year and don't get any sick days or paid time off!!! A lot of us are single moms and need that benefit. I understand not receiving medical as part time but no PTO?! We dont get a match on 401k, medical or PTO but no way to advance. Hire less part time and have a couple full time to reduce turn over rate. Working part Time, the schedule doesn't easily allow for MM's to get another job with all the calculation dates or like I said being a single mom. Too many people quit, they don't take 12 hours a week, no benefits seriously. Also your hours or employee status will never increase to full time unless you're a district manager.
