Pros

Great job for me I am a Full-time stay at home mom. It's great to have a part-time job so that I can still participate in the work force.

Cons

For some people in rural areas. The stores are far apart and there can be alot of driving.

Disorganized. Needs to revamp and simplify their entire system. Paperwork nightmare!
