Pros
The biggest pro to working here for me is the environment and the sense of family. I didn't fully realize just had bad morale was at my previous employer until I came to work for Beeline. The people are friendly and the management is stellar. Even during these tough times of dealing with a global pandemic and the constant turmoil within our country of late, we still have that sense of family and it's clear to me that from the top down they are doing all that they can to keep us as a family. I have seen and spoken with the CEO on numerous occasions and at first it was a bit strange for me to wrap my head around. No one from a higher position really talked to anyone in a lower position at my previous employers. All in all I think it's an amazing place to work and I feel fortunate and am grateful that I was giving the opportunity to be apart of the Beeline family.

I have yet to find a con in the year and a half I've been employed here.
