Upper management is awful - District Manager beeline Group Employee Review

Upper management cleaned house, this isn’t the same Beeline culture compared to 7 years ago. They don’t care about their employees anymore, we were overworked and SEVERLY underpaid. Unrealistic expectations for a company that is so unorganized on a daily basis. The only thing that is consistent with Beeline is their inconsistency. DM’s are treated horribly, DOS are overburdened and hardly paid, MM’s are thrown 100 tasks per service and the back end of Beeline is chaos. This hob was way more stressful than it should’ve been.
