Where do I start: The training feels rushed, the DM's are overworked. They have modules but either train them all too fast or others haven't had training at all. They give you this device that may work and sometimes doesn't. The upper management is so hands off until they need your help to cover open areas. The Regional's come out to the market they just pretend like they care but they don't. If you print your own decos so you can see you will not be reimbursed. Keep changing how they want things all the time. My advice run and don't waste your time with the interview process which is extensive for what they say is a part-time job.
