Pros
The company stocks the kitchen with healthy food choices and encourages wellness. They provide an opportunity to get a massage 2/times a month for 20 minutes. The building has a gym and it is close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Cons
In the time I worked there I saw more people fired in the span of 2 years than at any other company I have ever worked for combined. The CEO is unstable and each employee would walk around in fear of being the next person to be verbally attacked or disparaged in front of their peers. Don't dare have any innovative ideas because those will surely shot down or stolen by your co-worker. I wouldn't recommend trying to be pro-active either if it wasn't the idea of the management team or the CEO you don't have a chance of having your voice heard. The managers have their favorites and if you aren't on that list it will be very difficult for you to work there. The pay is not competitive and the amount of work you are expected to do is unreasonable for the amount of pay you are given. Be sure to brush up on your trivia. The CEO sure likes it when you can answer his inane trivia questions.
