Pros

Good salary package Annual bonus Free meals Free coffee and office perks Modern office facilities

Cons

I joined Bet365 feeling very happy and grateful after receiving the offer. At first, I thought it would be a great opportunity, especially because of the company’s reputation. However, after only a few weeks, I realized I had made a very big mistake. The work environment was extremely stressful and full of pressure. In my experience, it was a very toxic environment that seriously affected work-life balance and personal life. If you are not desperate for money, I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before joining. This kind of environment is definitely not for everyone. I have worked with some of the world’s biggest companies before, but I have never experienced this level of stress anywhere else. The pressure felt constant, and it became difficult to work effectively. One of the biggest issues was the development environment. There were always problems with the dev environment, which made proper testing very difficult. Because of this, it was hard to develop and deliver things correctly, creating even more frustration and pressure for developers. Fortunately, I received another job offer quickly and was able to leave the company before staying too long. Honestly, I was very happy when I left. If I had not received another opportunity, I feel like I would have remained stuck in a very unhealthy situation. My advice to anyone considering joining Bet365 is to do thorough research first. Speak to current or former employees if possible and understand what kind of environment you are entering. Some people may handle it, but for many others, the stress and pressure can seriously impact mental health and personal life.

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
