Pros

The only pro was that the company was somewhat flexible and there’s a good bonus scheme

Cons

Zero career progression in CS, horribly managed, you’d be lucky to hear from your supervisor other than a fleeting hey or hi each week. Not sure what they even do for their teams. Probably The most micromanaged role I have ever worked, people are on your back 24/7 for very my minor things such as toilet breaks (they might even time you and specify exactly how long you were gone for and question why). incredibly busy in CS with not enough staff to cope. Expected to work like robots with up to 6 conversations at once and get followed up on for taking yourself on an away code to cope. Lacking training over the years and just expected to read a short email with an entire process change and just understand and get on with it, Customers can be as nasty as they want to you and just get away with it because management just dont care, Lastly shift times are purely based on company need and you are expected to work ridiculous shift times and days without making a fuss. Such as finishing at 11pm whilst employed on the ‘day’ team or working 7 days back to back. Genuinely one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had id recommend to avoid this company

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
