Pros

Opportunity for those who have desire and passion. People should look at the long game and figure out what is required to progress, e.g so many different departments within the company to progress into. Good benefits - company contribution, subsidised food in staff canteen, bike benefits, bonus opportunities and numerous other benefits depending on position. Ability to demonstrate initiative and have opinions listened to. Strong business, continual growth year on year. Like any progressive, successful private company, expectations and demands are high. But anyone prepared to work hard and be flexible will enjoy a successful career. Fair pay, especially for Staffordshire. Regular annual company pay increase every year so far.

Cons

Many positions require rota availabiliy with any 5 days from 7 so will not suit everyone. However, this is no different to the retail and leisure sectors; hence the name of the company. Modern brand new office building still has same old air conditioning problems where some people freeze while others melt. Must be the nature of the beast with office air con.

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
