Good working atmosphere, job that is rich in variety most of the time, international team, friendly & helpful co-workers as well as team leaders, bonus scheme, inexpensive canteen, free drinks during work, freuqent company parties, subsidized housing etc.

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
