      Pros

      It is a great working environment, the other devs are great and always ready to help if you get stuck. They also offer hybrid working for their roles which is great

      Cons

      I can't speak for all the teams but the team I was part of, sometimes assumes you know all it takes to get the job done and just throws you into the deep end and expects it done. So if you ever find yourself in that situation just ask for help when you hit a wall and have tried everything you can to fix the problem.

      Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

      Cons

      Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
